My approach
I believe providing care is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate emotional, relational, spiritual, somatic and cultural understanding to support clients in making meaningful and lasting change.
I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to help individuals and couples understand their emotional experiences, identify patterns, and build more secure and fulfilling relationships. I believe that healing happens within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, so I prioritize creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
I balance empathy with gentle guidance, helping clients gain insight while also developing practical tools to navigate challenges. I work at a pace that feels comfortable for each client, while also encouraging growth and deeper self-awareness.

I work with individuals, adults and couples who are seeking to improve their relationships and overall emotional well-being. I support clients in navigating challenges such as communication difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, and the impact of past experiences on present relationships.
With individuals, I focus on increasing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healing from past wounds. With couples, I help partners strengthen their connection, improve communication, and build more secure, fulfilling relationships.
Why I became a therapist.
I decided to become a therapist 16 years ago with the realization that helping one person can create a ripple effect that extends far beyond the individual. I learned that when someone heals and grows, it can positively impact their relationships, their family, and ultimately their community.
That understanding stayed with me and continues to guide my work today. I am inspired by the idea that meaningful change often begins in the therapeutic space—through one conversation, one moment of insight, and one relationship at a time. Being a therapist allows me to contribute to that process of healing and growth, with the hope of supporting not only individuals, but also the larger systems they are part of.
How I work
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that healing happens in safe, authentic relationships where people feel seen, understood, and not alone in their experiences.
I am committed to ongoing learning and professional growth to provide the highest quality care to my clients. I regularly participate in trainings, workshops, and consultations to deepen my clinical skills and stay current with evidence-based practices.
I have a strong interest in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and continue to expand my knowledge through specialized trainings and supervision. I also engage in ongoing case consultation to reflect on my work, receive feedback, and ensure I am providing thoughtful and effective care.
